Individuals

Individual psychotherapy is an opportunity to be deeply heard and understood. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults facing a wide variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relational conflict. This work tends to resonate most with people who are insightful and self-aware but still feel stuck.

The choice to seek help and share your inner world with someone else is a courageous one. Together, we will explore how feelings, beliefs, fears, wishes, and thought processes shaped by your past, continue to drive present challenges and unhelpful patterns. We will bring awareness to these unconscious forces with the aim of loosening their grip so you can move toward a more meaningful, connected life.

Couples

I help partners identify the cycles that keep them stuck. Together, we will look at the recurring patterns of pursuit, withdrawal, or conflict that erode trust and closeness and work toward rebuilding emotional safety and connection. This tends to be a good fit for couples who feel like they are having the same fight over and over, who have grown distant or guarded with each other, who are struggling to rebuild trust after a betrayal or rupture, or who simply feel more like roommates than partners.

My approach is relational and attachment-focused, helping each of you understand not just what's happening between you, but why.

Families

With families, I work systemically looking at how the whole family contributes to certain challenges, even when those symptoms present in one family member. I take a more active, directive role, drawing on tools like structural family therapy and solution-focused approaches to help shift unhelpful roles and communication patterns while creating space for authentic connection. This work tends to help families navigating ongoing conflict, communication breakdowns, grief, major life transitions, or relationships strained by parenting teenagers, caregiving demands, or estrangement.

I tailor my approach to the developmental needs of each family member, and bring plenty of patience and humor to this work.
